Living with YOU.

How a manager chose to saw the author that day.
How we see ourselves when we put ourselves down, is usually a distortion of the truth.

Self-love is one of the most powerful practices we can engage in on a daily basis. What we tell ourselves about how we should feel about us and how we treat ourselves sets the tone for how others should treat and feel about us.

We set the example for how we expect to be treated by what we say and do to ourselves. Do we put ourselves down after a perceived failure? Do we tell ourselves we aren't lovable after a romantic rejection or not talented enough after a professional one? We are our own worst critic and the best way to appease this inner critic is to start focusing on your wins. Focus less on the negative and more on the positive. This will build momentum in your favor and put you on the path (with baby steps) towards building self-confidence.

The more confidence you have the quieter your inner critics voice becomes. What have you been telling yourself that you lacked or weren't good at? Do you have proof of this? Or is this just a voice in your

head telling you a story that strangely makes you feel comfortable with the situation in question?

Question everything that's being told to you, either by yourself or others and ask whether there is proof that was is being told is true. The more you realize you're capable of more than you think, the more liberated you become.

Liberate yourself and live free with confidence. The critic at its core, wants what's best for you and it, but there comes a point when it will only hold you back from what you truly want out of life.

Welcome to a new awakened you. Welcome to liberation and true freedom.

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life. You got this. You know you do and don't let anyone (including yourself) tell you any different.
